Portable pulse demagnetizer

One.introduction:

    MZD - 1510P handheld pulse demagnetization machine is using capacitance on a coil to produce a magnetic field, make attenuation of oscillation on the magnetic field by demagnetization workpiece and strength to achieve the effect of decreasing demagnetized. Instantaneous pulse current on the working plane produce magnetic field, can demagnetize the magnetized position at a certain depth. This equipment can be applied to any size of workpiece demagnetization.

Three. Application:

   This equipment can be applied to any size of workpiece demagnetization. Big to 1~2 meters long plastic injection mould, 5~6 meters long steel-workpiece, small to bearing steel valve, etc

 

Four. Advantages:

   Small volume,easy to carry, low power consumption and fever is small, but continuous working for a long time.
